Berlusconi is biscotti/the new Bush v. Gore

We were about to link to exit polls from ninety minutes ago that indicated that the Italian election pitting economist Romano Prodi against media billionaire Silvio Berlusconi was too close to call, per the AP.

But then, barely an hour ago, Reuters moved a story that says one pollster is calling the election for Silvio.

We officially give up.

Berlusconi won. And I don't want to hear that the polling data was wrong.
