2. Even if it was a good day for him, it was a bad day for us.
Because he was the President this day.

tell us what the son-of-a-bitch SAID today in that press conference.

17. No kidding. I didn't see the Q & A conference at Johns Hopkins today
but am reading excerpts galore on various blogs.

He sounds even more incoherent than usual, and his usual is horrendous.

19. I know how he is -- fits the description of him you give.
He would be a lot more comfortable with that mike if he knew what he was talking about, and if he would stop lying about things.

The combo of those two things make him sound like a fool some of the time and a liar the rest of the time.

Gore is a little stiff and Kerry is a little undynamic -- neither are as quick on their feet as JFK was -- but both can TALK. And both have minds.

Dubya is at an enormous disadvantage when he goes before the public to speak.

to ask you ............................. "

bush, " ah ........... ah ............. mmmmmmmmmm .............. ah ........... that is a good question and
I want to thank you for asking that good question and .... and I think that ....." and then he took the

9. A bad day. Going out over all major world news services is the
story of Bush's alleged plans for an assault on Iran.

He's been reduced now to a soulless warmonger who won't hesitate to lie his country into one war and use a second war to jack up his poll numbers.

His profile now is pretty one-dimensional and he loses stature with every move he makes, and his stature wasn't that impressive to begin with.

14. I’m not ready to make nice
I’m not ready to back down
I’m still mad as hell and
I don’t have time to go round and round and round
It’s too late to make it right
I probably wouldn’t if I could
‘Cause I’m mad as hell
Can’t bring myself to do what it is you think I should

21. He was the candidate who was going to make us safe
...having mass demonstrations that indicate that it isn't exactly difficult to be here without a security check might show he isn't as successful as he thinks. I'm sure it's all Bill Clinton's fault.
