3. I think she knows what EVERYONE of a certain age knows
The NEIL KINNOCK business.

That is a killer for him. It totally toasted him the first time he ran. He was getting massive amounts of favorable press, and that dropped him off the cliff. Some thought his political career would not survive it.

And there's tape. On BOTH sides of the pond. If he gets any traction at all, they'll drag that shit out of the archives.

9. wikipedia:
"Controversy broke Biden's candidacy for the U.S. presidency in the 1988 Presidential campaign. He was found to have plagiarized a speech from British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock. The plagiarism was considered all the more serious, because it included details of Kinnock's life which were not true in Biden's case. After Biden withdrew from the race, it was learned that he had correctly credited Kinnock on other occasions but failed to do so in an Iowa speech that was recorded and distributed to reporters by aides to Michael Dukakis, the eventual nominee. Dukakis fired the senior aide responsible, but the damage had already been done to Biden.

It was also alleged that Biden had plagiarized while in law school 20 years earlier in a first-year legal-writing class. Unaware of appropriate standards for legal briefs at the beginning of his legal training, Biden used a single footnote rather than multiple citations required to cite five pages from a legal article. Both Syracuse University Law School and the Delaware State Bar Association cleared Biden of plagiarism charges."

I dont think this explains Randi's sound effects.

11. I can't speak to the Kinnock issue
But I went to Syracuse around the same time Biden would have been there. The very first day of orientation, we freshmen were herded into an auditorium to hear a speech from Wild Bill Tolley (the chancellor). He spent most of the time telling us how we'd get tarred and feathered and sent back to our parents in a box if he caught us plagiarizing. If Biden was cleared at Syracuse, there wasn't anything there.

I'm not a big fan of Biden's because of some of his votes, but hokey smoke!, Biden stole someone's speech? Conyers made his staff babysit his kids? With all the crap Repugs have done, am I supposed to get excited about these charges?

12. Biden = Corporate Shill
Biden is a corporate lackey. He'll do NOTHING for the working poor.

He has his soul bought and paid for by MBNA.

The "things" could be corporate scandals or an Abramoff link.
