It Is Time.
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

31. I absolutely adore John Locke, and remain grateful for his role in our
constitution. One quote in particular keeps springing to my mind since B*'s selection in 2000, and that is the following:

"I will not dispute now whether princes are exempt from the laws of their country, but this I am sure, that they owe subjection to the laws of God and Nature. ....whatever some flatterers say to princes of the world, who, altogether, with all their people joined to them, are, in comparison of the great God, but as a drop in the bucket, or a dust on the balance-inconsiderable nothing!"

These one are also appropriate for Prince George:

"Tyranny is the exercise of power beyond right,...not for the good of those who are under it, but for his own private, separate advantage. When the governor, however entitled, makes not the law, but his will the rule, and his commands and actions are not directed to the preservation of the properties of his people, but to the satisfaction of his own ambition, revenge, covetousnes, or any other irregular passion."

"Where law ends, tyranny begins..."

Note that Locke's Property is often misunderstood. He defined property as "lives, liberties and estates..."

11. Important suggestion
Whatever it is your going to do, don't discuss it online, do not do anything outside of the law (that is Constitutional law), do not do anything violent or distructive. Not that I am saying you will or would, just making sure I stick my 2 cents where they don't belong.

If I might suggest, shut it down is the best policy. Stop everything. Stop work, stop use of TVs, radios, computers (okay, maybe not them), stop driving, stop buying. Simply shut it down and walk out of your house into the street and stand there. No violence, no signs needed, no banners. Just walk out of your house and stand there.

I don't think me and mine are up for anything more confrontational, and I do think that is the only method that cannot be defeated.

It all depends on voting fraud. We should be able to design a backup internet based system by then to account for fraud. Then we can call them on it, and just sit in the street until change occurs.

so maybe just sitting back and enjoying "Mr Toad's Wild Ride" is the best course. After all, it is now OBVIOUS to all that Bush is the worst president, ever. He can only go about putting underscoring and exclamation marks on the sordid record.

21. I was thinking that if
let us say, for example, marshall is implemented and the so called "terrorists" such as ACLU, Greenpeace, etc., and there members are removed from "view" as it were, how the hell are any of us going to know who went missing and how ae we going to communicate out an SOS. I think we need to have some way of checking in or something, because if I disappeared, how would anyone notice and how would they go about even figuring out what had happened to me?

23. I started writing a post where I described why I didn't think that could
happen. In the process, I convinced myself it actually could. Maybe not labeling those groups terrorists, but yes under the pretense of a big attack or the bird flu. Unlikely, I still think, because of the Bush poll numbers, but not impossible.
So somebody smarter than I needs to think long and hard about that communication system. Thanks, lala.

26. Absolutely, lala. That is precisely the thought I had this morning.
Standing around with signs doesn't cut it anymore. We've tried it and it doesn't work. The way to stop the machine is to stop participating in it.

When Marshall law shall occur (assuming it will, not to say that it will) you will not have the option to disobey. On this I am certain as I have lived in that environment. You either get out b4 hand or you fight b4 hand, but assuming that something like that happens, you no longer have any rights and you have no options.

Their Reach is Global. Their Plans are Global. There may not be anywhere that is safe from them at this point.

But one thing is clear. They MUST be stopped. It is clear that they plan to attack Iran.

If they do this, this country is finished anyway.

I don't want to believe it is too late.

Our story must NOT end this way.
