Clearly Impeachable Crimes - What's the Count Now?

I count three so far:

1. Lying to Congress about the threat Iraq posed in order to go to war.

2. Wiretapping American citizens without a warrant.

3. Authorizing the leaking of the identity of a covert CIA agent.

What's your take? ...especially you Constitutional experts.

1. Torture, illegal invasion, illegal detentions
secret prisons, renditions

Let's not forget the man is a war criminal

and that is an impeachable offense - as he had did break federal law and international law

if America can't impeach a president for being a war criminal, then there's something seriously sick and demented about America

4. No BJ, but what about sodomy?
I guess it takes a sex scandal.
How about sodomy for forcible entry on a one way street (bush vs. America).

10. No evidence yet of #3, if you read Fitz's court filing. But there's more
