What Am I Afraid Of?
Take these three assertions from Bush and put them together.

First that he can use the country's intelligence services to spy on anyone in the country he dam well pleases; and

second, that he can disclose any information gathered by this nation's intelligence services for whatever purpose, including his own political gain;

and third that he has self-endowed liberty in taking, holding, and interrogating prisoners wherever and whenever he chooses without influence by the court or the congress.

What am I afraid of?

2. I'm afraid too.. I quit posting a couple of times because of my fear..
Then I realized that I was giving them exactly what they wanted, and I decided I have to keep speaking out in spite of my fear.. I'm not going to give them what they want.. I am just one small voice, but my voice matters, because this is America.. I'm afraid too, but I'm not going to stop, I'm not going to give them what they want..

Throw in the KBR contracts for the detention centers, and I think we have real reason to be afraid, but we can't stop, we can't let them win..

3. leave us not forget his assertion that the United States . . .
can attack any nation, anywhere, at any time, for any reason -- or just on a hunch . . .

and HE'S the one with his finger on the little red button . . .

4. Gore Vidal described Bush the best-he is a puny man
This administration is composed of puny men. Freepers are puny, Bush supporters are puny. That's why they all support silencing their critics, rather than open discussion. The thought of them losing and being publically shamed makes them need to silence critics.

Puny people never win, because they don't have the backbone to keep their conviction. Stand fast.
