6 April 2006 is "tapes day" for Bush (and Cheney).
It is just that simple.

No matter where you look in the commercial media sector, Bush as leaker-in-chief is the topic.

We, here, all know the implications ranging from lying to start a war of aggression to violations of the National Security Act of 1947, IIPA, 18 USC 793, EO 12958, and more.

Now, it's on teevee. Our task is to encourage every responsible Member of Congress and all responsible candidates for Congress to make this the topic:

The President of the United States willfully violated National Security to cover-up his willful launch of a war of aggression.

That, my friends, is a big bag of crimes.

6 April 2006 is "tapes day" for Bush and Cheney and the WHIGers and all their fellow neoconster minions.

America must clean its own house, now

2. If the criminal justice system weren't rigged by the administration,
Bush would be in jail soon, facing major treason charges.

4. Hamsher: "This goes all the way to Bush, and it looks like there ...
... might finally be some traction."

Jane reposts an excellent item she wrote on 10 February 2006:

And, she includes some additional comments:

Yes, in_deed, it goes all the way to Bush, as I've often written would have to be the case -- we're not just talking about jail time for the crimes these folk have committed. I can almost imagine Bu$h proposing a Constitutional Amendment against the death penalty sometime in the next few days.

Peace.

5. Cobble: "Woodward Affirms Bush is a Liar"
I found the back-and-forth between David Corn & Bob Woodward fascinating today.

What I found most fascinating, though, is what Corn dragged out of Woodward, who defends himself by pointing out all the times in his book that he wrote that Bush was telling his close advisors and Tony Blair that we were going to war, while at the same time publicly maintaining that we were searching for peace.

In other words, Woodward defends himself by pointing out, in numerous ways, that George W. Bush is a liar.

<clip>

More at the link including some really important questions for Woodward to answer:

Did you show these Bush Administration lies to your editors? -- well, did you Bob ...

Gotcha.

Peace.

He is unmasked as a liar to the American people, and a liar to the special counsel.

Looking forward to the dawn, my friend; it is surely coming.

13. All of them, every single one of them, and any Republicans who ...
... still care about America, should be at the White House, TOMORROW, demanding Bush and Cheney resign, immediately.

These criminals are going to face so many different charges it'll take a very large spreadsheet to keep track of all of them.
