All of Bush's replacing aides won't help this sinking administration
because people (other than Washington insiders) don't really care who the Chief of Staff is or the press secretary--it's Bush himself that people can't stand and its his policies that they distrust and generally hate. Bottom line people won't be satified until it's Bush himself whose gone.

3. They've got to be careful who they fire. Somebody might get
pissed off enough to reveal the location of the "skeletons". Be alert for a suicide or two among the dismissed personnel.
