He points the finger at specific Liberals/Democrats such as Ronnie Earl and when he can't aim and shoot at a specific individual he'll throw charges at Liberals/Democrats in general. He has no compunction to demontrate accountability or even personal responsibility (a favorite of the Cons to fire partisan attacks at the other side).
