4. What a hypocrite
For anyone who doesn't know, Edwin Meese was Attorney General under Reagan. He's probably most famous for appointing the Meese Commission, who investigated1 pornography.

1 wrote a 2,000 page report saying exactly what the Religious Right wanted to hear regarding

7. Ed Meese also waited 24 hours between the time he announced
the investigation of Iran Contra and when he secured the evidence. He gave North and others 24 hours to destroy evidence.
