So Alito is apt to say "what you want to hear" on a job application.

4. love the way he handles the media
he wouldn't let stephanopoulos interrupt him and try to put him on the defensive. He just slapped him down and continued. I am so proud of him.

5. "will his testimony be just another job application?"
well said, Ted.

I can hardly believe Alito even is using that defense. I have a strong feeling he's going down.

6. Bravo! Kennedy is so eloquent, and smoothly continues his point.
By the time I was 35, I knew what I thought about a woman's right to choose, and even when I went through a "Christian phase" for several years when I genuinely attempted to follow the teachings of Christ, it never occurred to me that I should pass moral or legal judgment on a woman's right to have control of her body. Not just her reproductive system, I mean her entire body.

Well, here it is some years after the age of 35, and I haven't changed my mind about something so fundamental to personal freedom as a person's right to exercise control over their body.

What next, Alito? Shall we ban tattoos of the devil?

=====================

Thanks, liveoaktx.
