So I guess I am to understand that a small submarine of other craft could deliver a unstopable weapon that would be able to take out a U.S. Aircraft Carrier.
Imagine 50 or 60 small boats...any of which could be carrying one of these weapons.
With the U.S. military mobilization mosty marine based. This poses a significant problem for the U.S....
