Pet Peeve time again: disaster and now Cancun dress

B*** can't put a F'ing tie on while in Mexico? I know many people like "business casual" and Clinton did it as well, and I didn't like when he did it either. I just think that when you are conducting business as an official of our government you should dress appropriately, even if you are in Mexico, Florida, Louisiana or a national park. Every time one of them signs a law about air or water they run to a national park and "oh I'm in a park, I should wear blue jeans."
