Anybody speak Korean? A little help plz...I need to communicate with ...

Trying to help out a landlord/friend.

I need to speak with a Korean guy who speaks very little English. I need to ask him specifically,

" How long will you stay here?" ('Here' Being the apartment he is renting)

Or alternately:

" When will you leave/move out?"

and finally,

"Please give 30 days notice before you leave"
