Extensive interview w/Gary Hart on Democracy Now today:
www.democracynow.org

Talking about his relationship w/Condi Rice (she used to support him!), and their conversations about terrorism right before 9/11. He warned her but nothing was done.:-(

Check it out if you're able.

2. Very good interview. People do check it out.
One thing that struck me, is Amy asked him about the "illegal" war in Vietnam, and Gary Hart said, "i don't think anyone (I think he meant in Congress) thought it was illegal, but only very mistaken or words to that effect (There will be a transcript later, you might want to check it out) He did say the bombing of Cambodia was illegal.

Why can't politicians call a crime a crime? Same shit now. I don't think anyone in congress is calling the Iraq war a crime, a war of aggression, for which Bush and Co. should be held accountable. It would clear the air if they did.

Anyway, lots of interesting perspective, do check it out.
