Poll question: Ok DU. Would You Sacrifice Rove's Indictment To Get To Cheney?

In regards to this thread:

If Rove is cooperating with Fitzy and gives him enough so that he can escape indictment, but Fitzy has enough to go forward with indicting Cheney on conspiracy charges and then some, would you be all for it?

I'm kinda torn on this one. Cheney is the bigger kill, yet part of me feels so much more satisfaction envisioning the fuckhead Rove frogmarched in place of Cheney, not that I wouldn't be grinning seeing Cheney frogmarched either though.

So where do all of you sit on this issue? Do you hope Rove is cooperating and though might walk, can nail Cheney? Or would you rather Fitzy tell Rove to go fuck himself, he had his chance already, and just throw his well deserved indictments at him?

Ok, On Edit, Assuming you can't have both lol.

8. Funny - I just clicked 'other' to agree with posts 1 & 2 ... get them all
when I saw your newly added disclaimer.

I don't think the American people should have to 'compromise' on this one. We need to get them all....otherwise the evil just continues to rear it's ugly head - look what happened when the American people 'compromised' with the Iran Contra debacle....it, and how we neglected to handle the major players, PLAGUES us now!

So, I still say "other" - compromise is not an option in this case.

5. I want Rove! Cheney's old, has a bad heart, and everybody hates him.
I don't see him as much of a threat! Rove on the other hand, is young enough to cause BIG problems for EVERYBODY for decades!

6. Rove will be around for a lot longer than Cheney.
He will do more long term damage to the country with future campaigns.

Rove must go down.

16. A VERY tough call but I have to agree
ROVE, as evil as he is, is just there because of the DICK. Dick was responsible for 9-11...He must pay.

11. In a just world they would both have gone down long ago.
The only reason Rove would be whispering the name Cheney in Fitz's ear would be to save his own ass. I think if Fitz ever gets to the bottom of this, both may have to go.

12. We won't get either - it's spelled P-A-R-D-O-N
If you have ANY doubt, see Oliver North, G. Gordon Liddy, and all the rest of the republican criminals.

Hell, most of Poppy's pardoned criminals are back in DC stealing our tax dollars - see Negroponte.

13. other - because-
they both deserve to be frogmarched in too-small orange jumpsuits, handcuffed together and forced to spend their remaining days together in a cave in Death Valley, guarded by junkyard dogs and vultures. I could never choose one over the other. They are both assholes in their own 'special' ways!

There- now I feel better! If only it could be so ! ;>)
