5. I agree and I think we fall into a trap if we join the corporate media

outlets and dismiss this as just a rehash. How many people MISSED this when it happened because the media was in such a rah-rah state of mind that they didn't press this issue? 9. Bush should be criminally tried

for first degree murder.

There couldn't be a clearer case. If it can be confirmed that he willfully considered marking an aircraft with the unaminously world considered peace keeping organizations identification marking--namely the United Nations-- hoping that he could claim an innocent plane was fired upon, that is

INCITING A WAR !! That is not defending against an agression or in any parlance on earth justifiable as retaliation for a hostile act.

It is incomprehensible that any American president would subject America to the role of murderer. And that's what we are. Murderers without any justified provocation.

Bush should be tried and if found guilty, executed for capital mulitple murders.

10. The White house has not denied the accuracy of the memo and

and, at least on the news shows I heard tonight, the reporters confirmed that this information is correct.

I'd still like to see that memo in which he called for Al-Jazeera to be bombed, shortly after Al-Jazeera showed what the US was doing to Fallujah.
