More irony alert: White House wants water tested for cocaine
Fairfax Co. Takes Part in Unusual Wastewater Experiment

FAIRFAX, Va. - Fairfax County is taking part in an unusual White House drug study.

Wastewater from communities throughout the Potomac River Basin is being tested for the urinary byproducts of cocaine.

"Apparently, they're able to ascertain how many people may be using illicit drugs, in this case cocaine, with such studies," Board of Supervisors Chairman Gerry Connolly tells WTOP.

White House officials believe the wastewater testing will lead to a more accurate index of how many people use drugs than traditional survey research.

12. Exactly...The Gulf Coast is still a disaster....or soldiers
are not receiving the proper car upon returning to the US....and they want to test water for drugs....

How about if we test the water that our soldiers are drinking to make sure it's not contaminated....

I wonder who owns stock in the company that is performing the testing?

14. Poppy Bush, Cheney and James Bakkker III would be a good
bet about people owning stock in those kinds of firms. The drug testing firms that the corporations started using under Bush one, were on the list of some of Poppy's Wall street/blind trust investments, I've heard. The Bush mafia has a finger in EVERY pie. That must be why the chimp said, "Make the pie higher!"

15. LOL It's OK to poison people with perchlorate in the water
Edited on Tue Mar-28-06 06:01 AM by Solly Mack
and allow self-regulation of the industry - and dismiss legitimate science - the outright denial and hiding of evidence, as well as water contaminating oil industry practices, to protect profits regardless of who gets sick or dies....but let's spend money to test for coke in the community piss pot - because coke in the piss pot turns everyone into addicts? because drug dealers are buying up water-waste disposal companies to extract the coke from the piss? Because workers at water-waste plants were caught snorting up the piss water? Because when Bush jones for coke, he feels the need to do truly stupid things?
