22 years for murdering his wife
Edited on Mon Mar-27-06 07:07 PM by dsc
and 28 for mailing cocaine. I just finished watching an episode of American Justice in which a guy got convicted of murdering his wife and mailing cocaine to her parents. He got 6 years longer for mailing the coke then for murdering his wife. Seems totally unbelievable. On edit this was a state trial. He got the max for both crimes.

5. Well, she was only a woman, and as a wife
his property. He could do with her as he wished. :sarcasm:

I'm afraid that attitude still persists, no matter what changes in the law have said.

3. Considering the price the courts put on the life of women, sounds
about right.

That's the think about watching those shows. They're not good for the blood pressure.

Just think how much time he would get if he stole a dime out of a rich man's pocket?
