They don't get it's a safety net for those with no pension or problems with pension. There was one man from Enron who had a 401k and investments totaling over 1 million dollars and he lost it all. Now all he has is his social security check, if he didn't have that he'd be lost. Nancy Grace had him on and she was really, really angry.
