JC: (paraphrased) "Well, a phone call is a good place to start. More effective is people meeting with their representatives... More of them are signing on because they are hearing from people....need to hear from constituents: 'This is what we require them to do.' It has to be a grassroots movement....percolate from the bottom up."

HOW MANY OF US have the attitude of telling (not asking) our representatives This Is What We Require You To Do!!!!!!!!1?!!!!!

Maybe DU can help show folks how to organize those sit-down meetings with Congress members locally. OR in DC!!
