MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (AP) -- Police officers went door to door Tuesday looking for two boys last seen playing outside Sunday, police said.

Officers also used dogs and thermo-imaging equipment to look for 12-year-old Quadrevion Henning and 11-year-old Purvis Parker, police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz said.

The department frequently gets reports of missing children, but they typically have a history of running away and turn up quickly, she said. The two boys do not have a history of running away.

Family members held a news conference late Tuesday afternoon, asking that anyone who might be holding the children or with any knowledge of what happened to them to contact authorities.

would be to add a salacious tie-in to a Democratic politician - no matter how trivial. Joe-Blow City Alderman had an affair with one of the boys' aunt's best friend, say. Bill O'Lielly would be all over it 24-7 as would the rest of MSM.

The news is not Missing People Network. I get tired of hours long court room coverage crap on the News also. That's what Court TV is for.

14. Amber Alerts are very specifically targeted at abducted children

not just missing children.

If there was any evidence to suggest abduction and there was a suspect, they'd have an Amber Alert out on these two boys and their abductor. Right now, it's just two missing boys with no other information.

13. Something similar to this happened about a year or so ago

some boys had disappeared almost in front of one of the Mothers; and they had searched nearly every place they could think of, and after it was too late, someone had the presence of mind to open the trunk lid of a car setting nearby, and the boys had gotten into it, and suffocated. It's just sickening to think this might have happened again. Sure do hope they look in all the cars nearby if they haven't already.
