Saskatoon City Park Cowboys versus North Battleford Comprehensive Vikings...

I was the fastest guy on my team, played slot back/tight end...

At least I thought I was fast.

We had to take the bus to North Battleford, an hour and a half away. When we got there we had to change in the girl's room. It was so small, we had to take shifts.

We played them on a dirt field as hard as concrete.

We lost 52 to 7. He scored five TDs, ran for 300 yards...

Their fans were packed in bleachers, only five yards from the west sideline, dressed in Viking garb, blowing into those Scandinavian long horns, constantly razzing us and distracting our dumb ass Quarterback Paul Watson. By the 4th quarter he was so pissed off that he called a QB Sweep and attempted to smash into one of the fans who was on him...

I caught one pass, had to reach behind me Jurevicious-like and tipped it up so it fell into my arms as I spun to the ground...

I caught a glimpse once of Reuben as he raced by me on a kick off return...

Yeah, you guys ARE fast.
