Did anybody else hear "Bodies are washing up everyday in Iraq" on NPR?

i heard this segment this morning at around 8:00am west coast time. I'm not sure who the guest was but he said that everyday bodies are washing up along the Tigris and Euphrates rivers that are bound and shot and he said said there were always several of them, he called it a "Normal occurrence" there.
