10. I hate this country because the British Flag, symbol of repression

my country is the folks here on DU, my neighbors- my friends- the little people who keep on swimming even when the sharks circle and strike- Even when all seems lost- The folks who don't mind being called 'unpatriotic' or told to leave, because they have the balls and ovaries to stand up and speak the truth to those 'in power'- regardless of the cost.
