Cheney: Iraq not in civil war, predicts success...

'WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice President Dick Cheney on Sunday said Iraq had not fallen into a civil war that insurgents were trying to incite, and predicted success despite the constant violence three years after the U.S. invasion.

1. I just looked up Cheney's age thinking that the combination of age and

heart issues my explain why he is delusional but he is only 65. Sixty-five may seem old to some of you but in today's world 65 isn't that old. Does anyone know if triple-by-pass surgery leads to early dementia? I don't mean to malign those who have had heart surgery. Maybe Cheney's problems stem from a combination of heart issues and continuing to drink? Cheney's attitude and statements seem to indicate serious issues dealing with reality. Any clues?

I am not being sarcastic. Cheney seems so removed from reality that IMHO suspecting a medical problem is logical.
