What do Republicans REALLY think about war?
Edited on Thu Mar-16-06 09:03 PM by Blue-Jay
hey! I have a crazy idea! Let's ask them!

"Bombing a sovereign nation for ill-defined reasons with vague objectives undermines the American stature in the world. The international respect and trust for America has diminished every time we casually let the bombs fly." - Tom Delay (R-TX)

"Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the President to explain to us what the exit strategy is." - Governor George W. Bush (R-TX)

"You think Vietnam was bad? Vietnam is nothing next to Kosovo." - Tony Snow, Fox News

"No goal, no objective, not until we have those things and a compelling case is made, then I say, back out of it, because innocent people are going to die for nothing. That's why I'm against it." - Sean Hannity, Douchebag, 04/05/99

"There's no way. There's absolutely no way. They may bomb for a matter of weeks, try to soften them up as they did in Afghanistan. But once the United States and Britain unleash, it's maybe hours. They're going to fold like that." - Bill O'Reilly, Loofah-enthusiast, 02/10/03

"President Clinton is once again releasing American military might on a foreign country with an ill-defined objective and no exit strategy. He has yet to tell the Congress how much this operation will cost. And he has not informed our nation's armed forces about how long they will be away from home. These strikes do not make for a sound foreign policy." - Sen. Rick Santorum (Shitheel-PA)

"Explain to the mothers and fathers of American servicemen that may come home in body bags why their son or daughter have to give up their life?" - Sean Hannity, Dumb Sonuvabitch, 4/6/99

"You can support the troops but not the president" - Tom Delay (Criminal-TX)

"You can support the troops but not the president" - Tom Delay (Criminal-TX) That one bears repeating.

2. I'm real quick to point out right wing hypocrits who
rode Clinton like a camel yet now support everything this administration does. I know full well that if a Democratic administration did any of these things they'd be spewing venomous fire 24/7. The primary difference between them and I?

I would be spewing it right along with them.

3. "Oh man, war is so HOT! (sexual moans, heavy breathing)"
"I just love seeing blood and guts and brains all over the place...as long as they belong to brown people"
