"Most of us feel at best it's premature," announced Sen. Christopher Dodd (Conn.). "I don't think anyone can say with any certainty at this juncture that what happened is illegal."

Sen. Tom Harkin (Iowa). "The president broke the law and he needs to be held accountable," he said. "Talk about high crimes and misdemeanors!" Harkin said he'll vote for the Feingold resolution -- if it comes up.

16. Congressman Moran on Wash Journal

This morning essentially said he doesn't support it, either. He said it would be a distraction from the "important" issues Congress is facing. What's more important than a consitiutional crisis??

I'm beside myself, not only because they are rolling over and playing dead, but because IT WILL COST THEM VOTERS and we desperately need a majority in 2006.
