3. I work in the health care industry and when patients call asking

for help with picking which plan to choose, some of them in tears, I have told them to call the congress critters and/or their senator. I also love the fact that they have all this information (confusing information) on the website www.medicare.gov and most of these folks don't have a computer and if they do, don't use the internet.
