I could find some sort of transcript. It'll probably take an hour to download this on dial-up, but I'll do it anyway.

Everyone should hear this speech.

8. I liked early on in the show where he told his secretary to change the
channel because the fair and balanced network never reported any of that stuff (torture, etc.)

An excellent show.

20. look here--spoiler
guilty--30 days suspended -- $1000 fine--

then, afterwards, she kissed him in a very romantic way after he told her not to. Then he said, sorry no further! and she regretfully left the room.

I guess more sexual tension is in our future, eh?

22. She didn't pay her taxes, instead put a sticky that said "stick it" in.
Because she was embarrased by all the things our country is doing with her money.

29. Felons can vote in MA.
According to this site

http://www.soc.umn.edu/~uggen/felon_disenfranchisement.htm

It is mostly the red states that found taking the vote away from felons was a good way to keep out "undesirables."

32. Brilliant
Sorry I missed the show, but I was watching Good Night and Good Luck. Which was also brilliant.

The DVD has a companion piece with Fred Friendly's widow, their son, Murrow's son, the Werksbas (sp?) and Radulovich. It's very telling.

35. In another ep earlier this season
Alan (The character in the clip) was the attorney for a young woman holding the government responsible for her brothers death in Iraq. It was a good episode- he made alot of good speeches.
