My new, new UAE port deal prediction

I think that the UAE will announce we have sold the ports to the USA shell company. Currently the shell company is running the ports in question. As of now, the deal is done. What pieces of this deal can our (shell) company continue to control? What must sell off in order to make the USA feel safe? What does the Senate require our shell company to sell off to approve this deal?
Bush and (some of the GOP) will be screaming, "Nothing! We are safe, as is. The deal is a sound one"

What parts of the port contract will we require the UAE to absolve themselves from in order to declare this port deal kosher?
