WHO profitis from Dubai deals? Bush, Carlyle Group, Cheneys...
(3-6-06) There are two Dubai deals under scrutiny. The first was the Dubai Ports World buyout of P&O, a UK based company that manages ports around the world. The second is the buyout of the British defense contractor called Doncaster by the Dubai Investment Capital Group, which is a private company not a Dubai state controlled company. The Dubai Investment Capital Group has investors, which include the ruling family of Kuwait and Dubai, the Bush-family-controlled Pilgrim Investment Trust, the Dick and Lynn Cheney Trust as well as the usual Bushonian Cabal like Henry Kissinger, Paul Bremer, James Baker, George Schultz et al. By the way, the group was put together by the lead securities consultant, which is, of course, the Carlyle Investment Group. It is essentially a large investment capital group that has been formed which is very similar to a limited partnership. And this is what it all means…

1. You want tinfoil? I got tinfoil?
The selling of the ports to a foreign country will either
A) Allow them to close them off entirely and further make an excuse for going into Iran, which the UAE will benefit from by getting pre-arranged slices of Iranian oil fields in return for cooperation

B) Allow the US to secretly ship military goods for positioning in the UAE for the direct purpose of invading Iran

No matter how I look at it, Iran is involved.

Too bad this thread might get locked because Al Martin is a known blowhard.

We'll see.

2. With you on all fronts
Even blowhards get it right once in a while, though. I would not be surprised to know that Poppy and company are deep, deep into this deal.

Dubai and the Straits of Hormuz
By Mike Whitney
03/05/06 "ICH" -- -- “If you want to understand the policy of a country, look at the map.” Napoleon Bonaparte

Geography is fate.

United Arab Emirates is located at the center of an oil-dependent world. This tiny state forms the promontory that juts out into the famed Straits of Hormuz through which 40% of the world’s oil passes every day. Across the narrow straights sits Iran, the next victim on the list of “axis of evil” nations. Any attack on Iran will require that military forces quickly deploy to Dubai to forestall the closing of the straits and the subsequent devastation that would cost to world oil supplies and financial markets.
This is the critical point which is being intentionally concealed by America’s diversionary media. This is the reason that President Bush continues to force the Dubai port-plan even though 70% of the American people and Congress resoundingly oppose it.
The importance of UAE as a staging area for future hostilities cannot be overstated. No military strategy can hope to succeed without first establishing a beachhead across the straits in Iran so that the danger of blowing up oil tankers and blocking passage is removed. This tells us that plans for an attack may be on track for late March as originally threatened by Israel.

7. I agree with you
The cabal always has financial reasons for doing anything BUT the location of UAE and the pending war with Iran is the main reason. We need to protect the oil if we go to war and UAE are perfectly located to help. Straits of Hormuz is very vulnerable to attack from Iran or allies. This would be Bushit's worst nightmare if he went to war with Iran and our tankers where exploded and oil went to #$^*%(**_)_/barrel

5. I really wish this aspect of the deal would get more press
including the Snow and Sanborn stuff. Could be blockbuster stuff...no reason why dems can't be getting this out there and letting the public connect the dots.
