I'm sure this question has been asked before, but...
Shouldn't all the born-again fundamentalist anti-abortion activists who have HAD abortions in the past but now take the position that it's murder, volunteer themselves to plead guilty to conspiracy to murder and being accessory to a murder, to go do some jailtime or worse?

Being forgiven by Christ doesn't cut it, we don't let other murderers out of their jail terms for finding Jesus, in fact, many slobber over the prospect of these people getting killed by the state.

1. There's no statute of limitations for murder.
So they can be prosecuted any time. They should just turn themselves in; do the right thing. If it's really murder, and they were really sincere, they should demand to be prosecuted.

2. There is no statute of limitations on murder, you know.
Judge these assholes by their own proposed standards and lock them up!

4. Don't give them any ideas
some would love the attention and even the atonement.

5. I like pointing out hypocrisy. "Um.. doesn't that make YOU a murderer?"
"Gee I never really thought about it that way!"

6. Some Jim Jones types would probably offer to receive the death penalty...
...as penance for their sins.

7. Since I don't believe it's murder, I wouldn't have any interest in dishing
out such punishment to fundies or anyone else for having had an abortion. But I don't think I've ever heard one of these converted ladies not just express regret, but say, "you know, I'm a murderer and should be punished as one."
