South Dakota residents should google images of anencephaly
I won't post them here but this is just one example of a horrific birth defect incompatible with life that women in SD will be forced to carry to term and deliver.

Choice isn't just about some unfortunate teen who messed up.

1. And I'm sure they will all have the needed insurance to go through
the pregnancy and handle a complicated delivery. I'm sure that SD's legislature and governor will see that 100% of the female population is provided with health insurance.
