Two Blackhawks, an Apache and a Chinook just flew directly over...
my house, flew out over SF Bay, turned around, flew back over then went over to Belvedere Island.

Note to James A Baker III- I promise to never, never again tell anyone your older sister Mercedes is married to Harry Whittington. Never.

I live about 60 feet above the Bay and they were so low, they shook the house (and me and the dog).

6. I don't know, but it was weird..
They generally pull that kind of crap on the SF side of the Bay on weekends.

Reminds the tourists that The Great Leader is keeping them safe.

We get the Coast Guard rescue drills over here on the quiet side. They actually do them at the yacht club. We have two yacht clubs in a town of 5,000.Is that too precious or what?

Lets them rich folk feel safe in their boats.

3. Hmmmm. We've been seeing a LOT of black aircraft around my city.
And I live in freaking suburbia. Nowhere near a military installation of any variety.

4. Isn't there some navy base around there?
I remember hearing stories of nuclear submarines going under the golden gate bridge and stuff. Could it be training and other related practices?

5. I have military aircraft flying over my house constantly
day and night. Apaches, A-10's, C-130 cargo planes, etc. There are restrictions on when domestic flights can pass over my house, but the military is exempt from those restrictions.

It's an annoyance, but nothing sinister.

8. Every day or so our house gets buzzed by a Chinook.
Scares the kids and animals. There's a lot of C130 traffic too.

9. Saw them this morning too
I live near 680 In the East Bay. Been seeing more military aircraft lately. Not to mention some VEERRY strange and rather large experimental craft coming down over the hills from somewhere north of here - especially last Summer.

What a long strange trip it's getting to be...

12. I saw those, too, jokerman93...
I didn't post about them at the time because I was afraid everyone would think I was crazy. They were coming from your direction, hanging kind of over the hills off the Bay towards San Quentin.

14. What's at Treasure Island now?
I know they closed the base in the early 90's, but is there anything there now?

Btw, I loved those Country Clubs on your side of the Bay. We used to motor over there from the City.

15. They are developing it ....
pretty ironic for me.

I spent several months there in minimum security prison when I got back from S E Asia way back then.

Damn, that was a long time ago.

16. I've been getting a lot of mileage with the Baker/Whittington connection.
People are amazed when I tell them that Cheney's shooting victim is married to the sister of the Bu$h Family consigliere, James Baker III. They are even more amazed that the owner of the ranch where Cheney shot Whittington (Baker's brother-in-law) in the face is Katherine Armstrong, a paid lobbyist for Baker-Botts (the premier Houston law firm of James Baker, III).

Ruh-roh! What's that I hear?
