was SD's abortion ban out this week to change the headlines?
Was South Dakota's abortion ban a project in the making that was planned to break this week or was it conveniently announced in all its wedginess to get the headlines off of *'s dismal poll numbers, Iraq's civil meltdown, the Indian nuke giveaway, the Dubai port mess...
