Can somebody direct me to the Gandhi Shrine/Bush desecration

screwup. I heard something on the Steph Miller show about Bush showing up with his dogs at the Gandhi Shrine which a big ignorant no no. She said they had to get water from the Ganges River to re purify it after he left. Is this true? I've seen nothing anywhere about it.
