5. Description of Commercial...

Ok - it opens on city street with a piece of litter laying right next to a garbage can as if someone had missed the can or just didn't care. People stop, comment and criticize the litter/litterer. Soon a crowd develops..all criticizing the litter. Suddenly one guy walks up, picks up the litter, puts it in the can and walks off...

Then the announcer gives the tagline...

"Don't just take a stand...ACT!"
