Condisleeza Rice a leader to be admired?

A man I met recently whom I suspect is a recently reformed freeper is working on his Masters and is taking a class on stratigic leadership. Well, he kinda blew me away last night when he told me that he wanted to write a paper on Condi Rice or John Engler. He said they were two people he admired... can you believe it?

So I was thinking that his research shouldn't be all one sided and I'd like to enlighten him on at least Ms Rices background and political views. Is anyone aware of any links to articles regarding Ms Rice that would highlight her leadership skills?

I could take this ONE of two ways.

First he's gonna suck up big time, and try to ingratiate himself with the neocons, thus hoping some of the opportunities and gravy will come his way as a result.

If the second, he's got my utmost support, and if the first, I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.

After that, i couldn't admire anything about her. The work is pedestrian, not wholly original, and certainly underwhelming in its analysis.

It was, obviously, enough to get her a Ph.D., but there's nothing admirable about her, her work, or what she knows.
