It's not that they implemented a plan for Global Domination...
It's that they broke the Law on the road to it.

It's not that they carved up the Iraqi oil fields in a secret meeting...
It's that they broke the Law to start a war to impose it.

It's not that they stretched the truth about Iraq...
It's that they broke the Law with a flat out lie in the SOTU address.

It's not that they swift-boated a State Dept. Employee...
It's that they broke the Law when they leaked his wife's name and occupation to the press.

It's not that they leaked the name of a covert CIA operative...
It's that they broke the Law when they subsequently blew her cover group working on WMD non-proliferation.

It's not that they roughed up a few prisoners...
It's that they broke the Law by torturing them.

It's not that they had a crony as the Ohio Sec. of State...
It's that they broke the Law when he used illegal procedures during recount efforts.

It's not that they accepted donations steered by Abramoff...
It's that they broke the Law when they voted based on the contribution.

It's not that they accepted corporate money in texas...
It's that they broke the Law when they recycled it back to the Texas candidate so it would appear as clean money.

It's not that they used 12 Billion Dollars to buy influence in Iraq...
It's that they broke the Law when they failed to bring home receipts.

It's not that they approved the sale of terminal facilities to a foreign government owned company...
It's that they broke the Law By not conducting a 45 day investigation into the deal.

It's not that they were spying on Citizens...
It's that they broke the Law because they knew no Court of Law in the U.S. had the authority to grant the warrants, and did it anyway.

A few off the top of my head. Care to join in?

6. Broke the pre-9/11 laws, maybe. Arlen Specter is going to make sure
that this Administration goes uninvestigated and unpunished. He's got a bill called the White-Face Saving Bill.

8. Q: is cheney breaking the law by not releasing his energy docs?
My guess is he's breaking the law by holding halliburton options.....

It's not that Cheney accidentally shot someone in the face,
it that one or more laws were broken in the act, reporting delay and coverup

11. Probably not, but,
Setting energy policy while holding Halliburton options probably is. He'll make what 3000% on those options if he cashed them in?

Hunting on an improper license means he definately Broke the Law

13. It's not that they assume they have the Consent of the Governed...
It's that bogus elections don't even seek the Consent of the Governed.

Support the Voter Confidence Resolution

Has The Consent of the Governed Been Withdrawn, YET?
