2. Boy. The LiveCam outside Cat's Meow looks pretty slow for Lundi Gras!
Hope the businesses come out ahead. But really, this Mardi Gras is just about N.O. exerting it's right to exist... "We're still HERE, DAMMIT!!"

Even though the national media will just portray it as a bunch of do-nothings partying.
