He discussed how the port management group actually DOES have something to do with security - how the Coast Guard follows the rules they set.

He discussed how UAE has a "mixed past" when it comes to terrorism, and we should take a cautious approach.

He discussed how the rules that CFIUS must follow when a deal might pose a threat to national security are very lax, yet they still were not followed.

That CFIUS puts free trade over national security and the issue that they tend to do this has been debated in the past.
