Bush's Sudan Policy Encourages War, Hinders Peace
"The people in Sudan want to resolve the conflict. The biggest obstacle is US government policy. The US is committed to overthrowing the government in Khartoum. Any sort of peace effort is aborted, basically by policies of the United States...Instead of working for peace in Sudan, the US government has basically promoted a continuation of the war."--Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, December 1999 (1)
"For the last eight years, the U.S. has had a policy which I strongly disagree with in Sudan, supporting the revolutionary movement and not working for an overall peace settlement."--Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, April 2001 (2)<snip>

Clinton regrets not doing more in Rwanda. Genocide is still & now going on in the Sudan.

Their biggest fear is over population. Just let the poor whether in NO or Sudan etc. die off. They don't feel the pain, see the agony or hear the crys. all they see is the big stack of money and how much nicer it would be if there were only two classes, the rich and the very poor. Move the manufacturing to foreign country's so our air and water will not be polluted. They know how fast that nature will forget. They'll always be enough poor to take care of their needs, to be their servants. Thats what they're talking about when they talk about leaving a better world for their grandchildren.
sad but true.
edit: spelling
