... I live in Toronto, and when 'Scandal' was allegedly in the top ten on the bestseller lists, there were CARTONS of them being sold here in discount stores for a few bucks each.

If you look at the symbols on most 'best seller' lists, they have an icon for 'bulk sales', which always accompany Coulter's books. She has said, again and again, that those icons are placed there by 'left wingers' who compile those lists, just to make her look bad.

Her books are actually purchased, by the carton-load, by RW groups across North America in order to bump up her sales. They then get 'dumped' at discount stores.
