2. There's the difference between freepers and liberals

The freepers think that pain and death and horror are funny-until it happens to them directly. All I've seen on DU are folks asking about the injury and hoping the fellow survives.

found some REAL hunters who weren't buying the BS
from the White House. The freeps may not know much
but they do know guns. Granted there was the usual
chorus of sycophants singing the dark lords praises...
but I was mildly heartened to see a few
freeps stand up for truth. What a rare event.

Didn't mean to paint all freeps with a broad brush; some are merely uninformed, and often willfully ignorant about the rest of the world. But when something happens within their own sphere, they are more willing to be rational and objective about looking at what happened.
