Here's how I came up w/ the name (it's dorky, really):

During the 2000 election debacle, I was clearly outnumbered by Repukes at my office. I try not to talk politics at work (at least in the office), but this one guy there was being a real wanker. He would sit around and talk about how Bush was gonna win, etc. and would make me nuts. I can't recall how, but he found out I am not a Republican and proceeded to just badger me. So, one day when I was getting ready to leave, I opened the door, looked blankly at him and the others who were yammering on (including my two bosses!) and said, "Scrub...the...Shrub..." plainly and walked out.

Not sure why I put "da" instead of "the" (maybe b/c it's shorter).
