...where the lawyer tells the lying, thieving oil CEO that the government only needs one or two minor fall guys to show the public that their senators are hard on crime. But don't worry, all high level CEO's are safe.

In this case, it's our top power brokers who will go untouched while the fall guys will be has-been DeLay and the chimp's interior secretary.
