Hardball is really good today

Every segment was anti-Bush. Chris Matthews interviews Michael Brown's attorney about Katrina, photos of Abramhof and Bush, Scooter Libby being instructed to leak classified secrets by Cheney. Tweety was actually good, though he couldn't always nail his guest down. The only weak part was the "Hot Shots" at the end.

I turned it off when the right-wing shills known as MSNBC hosts were about to come on. But the rest of it was definitely anti-Bush.

Tweety seems really interested in the Plame case, and of course was against the Iraq war before it started. Didn't he once say he didn't vote for Bush in '04?

11. This is the only time I've sat through the Hotshots segment.

They played the MoveOn Bush-Nixon morph ad, which was really good, and Joe Scarborough said it was good politics! I was sorta flabbergasted, but I think I'll go back to skipping the stupid Hotshots part.

He had to shake his head and LAUGH at Cheney's audacity to single-handedly decide to declassify information (by ordering the leak of classified material), when HE DIDN'T HAVE THAT AUTHORITY -- Tweety basically reminded the guest that under the Constitution the VP doesn't have any REAL power! (Take that, Ole Dick!)
