McCain's poor judgment of historic proportion!
Just watched him on MTP.

He said things like: it is a new strategy, but 20,000 is not enough...He said he is not aware that we will be pulling troops out of Afghanistan to support the urge to surge? WTF? my 5 year old knew and he doesn't?

His words and his stupid attempt to explain his various contradicting positions make me think McCain is now suffering from a nasty case of old age, heavily influenced by years of torture, and an incredibly high dose exposure to the alternate reality Bush created for his inter circle.

Reality can be found in the latest from Newsweek:

NEWSWEEK poll finds that Bush’s call for a “surge” in troops is opposed by two-thirds (68 percent) of Americans and supported by only a quarter (26 percent).

And

Two-thirds (67 percent) of those interviewed think that the United States is losing ground in its efforts to establish security and democracy in Iraq and only 23 percent favor additional troops at this time.

My prediction: McCain will run, he will not win a single state during the primaries, he will defeated soundly by his own party, made to look like a fool, and eventually leave politics as nothing more than a miserable failure.

8. McLame is on self destruct.
He is subconsciously against running for Pres. His ego is pusing him to go forward but deep down he knows that he is a loser.

followed by loveydovey babytalk with Falwell and the religious right were just the prelude to this presidential-aspiration-ending swan song.
