How do you bring war crime charges?

Does anyone know much about bringing charges of war crimes against a world leader? I'm against capital punishment but I feel Bush should be held accountable. How does a nation go about it?

1. Try contacting a German representative

They've already filed against Rumsferatu.

2. I would think it would be hard after all all the crooks from the Iran/Contra

are working with Bush and Co. and they all were into war and death camps. Those people just got a little slap than Bush father let them go. When all the crooks and bad guys run so much, it is a very hard thing to do. Then Bush has been padding the courts for 6 years. Maybe they are taking a page from von Bismark. He just bought up papers so they would say what he wanted. Takes a long time to get rid of all those crooks just look back to the Tea Pot Dome Age and how long it took to clean that all up.

3. Depressing

It is depressing to realize that over three thousand kids died for arrogance and who knows how many thousands of Iraqis are dead due to a sick, twisted prince and his friends. Then, I think of people in jail for selling pot or cheating on their tax returns. We are way out of balance these days.

I think we will have to put up with him until then. If only Congress would do their job and control him until 2008. I some times think they want things to get worse before they will do any thing.

7. Find a statute that criminalizes "war crimes" and then you must have standing.

It's not going to be an easy thing...
